Like Deskphones (like Snom, Polycom, Atcom 530P, Mitel, Siemens) or VoIP ATA's (like Linksys and Atcom) with dedicated broadband links ("not used for anything other than the VoIP calls", i.e. ADSL) will experience the best quality for high volume usage.
