A. Branded Softphone setup on your PC or laptop (Windows XP only - see on the left for Vista, Linux and Mac):

1. Register using our online registration form and you will receive an e-mail with your login details.

2. If you haven't already loaded credit, proceed to the payments page so you can load your credit.  Please remember to send us proof of payment showing your  username / number so we can allocate the credit to your account.  An e-mail will be sent confirming receipt.

3. Click here to download the softphone onto your PC or laptop (does not work on Windows Vista or Mac - refer to options below for Windows Vista, Linux and Mac).  Install and configure as follows:

Account: Your account number as per e-mail
Auth Name: Your account number as per e-mail
Password: Your password as per e-mail
Server: sip.vocalcall.co.uk
Port: 5060 (if your firewall blocks this, try 6060)

4. Make a test call to 900 (automated echo test).

5. Call clients, colleagues, suppliers, friends and family locally and abroad at our ultra low rates. (Remember all numbers must be dialed complete with country code, e.g. 00441234567890.)
